Capitol Riders Flood Relief Check Presented by Betty & Jeff
On Friday, February 22 2008, the Capitol Riders Chapter, BCHW, presented
The Friends of Lewis County Animal Shelter (FOLCAS) with a check
for flood relief. The $1,050 check represented personal donations
from members of Capitol Riders, including a $250 club contribution.
The monies will go towards the cost of replacing horse hay that was
destroyed by the December 07 flooding. Patty Kaija graciously accepted
the check presented by Capitol Riders members Betty Reichel, Treasurer,
Jeff LaBreck, Director, and Karen Johnson, Assistant Director.
